What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is FREE for all orders within mainland UK.
However, additional surcharges apply for the following postcodes: IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20, PA34 to PA88, PH19 to PH50, TR21 to TR25, BT, JE, GY, ZE, HS, IM, and PO30 to PO41.
There may also be extra charges for insured freight or oversized items.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to cut and dispatch your foam order the next working day via a 24-hour courier service. For smaller items under 5kg, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 days. Larger items over 1.5 meters in length might require an extra working day for delivery.

Please note: Due to rising delivery costs and parcel size limitations from carriers, we reserve the right to modify the delivery service used for your items. For urgent requests, please call us.

Who will deliver my items?

Your order will be delivered by a reputable national courier. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Can I have my items sent to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, to make it more convenient for you, especially if you're at work, we can deliver to an address other than the billing address. Simply enter the alternative delivery address during the checkout process.

Can I place an order from outside the UK?

Please contact us first to arrange international delivery.

What is your returns policy?

Below is a summary of our returns policy. Please also refer to our full returns policy in the terms and conditions section. Use our returns form to send back any items.

estorefoam is happy to replace any foam products that were incorrectly supplied. However, due to hygiene regulations in the UK, we can only sell new products, and for this reason, returns are not accepted for memory foam items.

estorefoam only provides new products to its customers.

We cannot exchange or refund bespoke, made-to-order foam or items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please be aware that new foam often has a distinct 'new foam' scent, which can take weeks to dissipate. Depending on the foam grade, the intensity of the scent may vary, but this is typically subtle and does not affect the foam’s quality or performance.

Additionally, foam can naturally change color when exposed to light and air. This is a normal process and does not affect its quality or performance.

We cannot accept returns based on differences in color or foam fragrance.

Upon receiving your foam products, please unpack them immediately to allow them to reform after being compressed for delivery. Keeping the packaging closed for extended periods may cause permanent compression, affecting the foam's performance.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, which form part of UK law, our customers acknowledge that our products and services are custom-made and fall under the 'customised' category, meaning these regulations do not apply. The customer is responsible for return postage, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
